Had some good days over the last ten days. I've done three six mile runs in the past 10 days, which is probably too much to be honest as each six mile run takes nearly an hour (though I got the last one down to 55mins), which in running terms is classed as a long run. You should really only do one long run a week, so I will in future and in between I'll do shorter runs and speed work.
I have also had about three bike rides in the past ten days too, lovely ride out this afternoon to Brantingham where there is the killer 'Spout Hill', I thought my heart was going to jump out of my chest!
I've still not done any swimming, though I have bought some new trunks and some goggles so that is a start.
